Yes! We have rooms with discounted rates for the weekend at both The Venetian & Harrah's Las Vegas Casino. You can book these with the links provided under the “travel” tab.

Every casino/hotel has a transportation area usually located in the front or back of the venue. We suggest cabs/taxis over Lyft/Uber just for convenience but both work just fine! Just walk up to the Taxi Attendant, hand them a small tip, and tell them where you'd like your taxi to take you- they will take care of the rest!

Again, we suggest taking a cab! The taxi system in Vegas has standard rates depending on where you are going on the strip. This helps control pricing on busy days and reduces cab scams. Taxi's will run between $25-$35 (Plus tip your driver). Uber/Lyft is also available from the airport. Harry Reid International Airport is well marked with information signs to get you to either the taxi location or the ride-share location. We also have arranged for a 25 passenger bus to pick up guests at the airport on Thursday Dec 18 @ 2pm. Please see the travel tab if this works for your flight schedule.

Yes, the dress code is formal cocktail. This would include: a suit, dress shirt (tie optional) and polished shoes; dresses (all lengths), slacks, and dress shoes. Please no jeans.

Although we would love to offer plus ones to all guests and have everyone's children be in attendance, we have a strict guest list and need to meet our venue capacity; so we ask you stick to what is on the invite provided.

Great question! Since we will not be providing any full meals throughout the weekend, we encourage you to book reservations throughout the weekend (Suggestions for restaurants in the "things to do" tab). You can call the concierge desk at your hotel and they are happy to help you make a reservation at any time. Online reservations can be made through the websites of the restaurants. We suggest to download the app "OpenTable" on your phone to make reservations as well. Reservations are much easier to get a month or more in advance, but there will also be some places in Vegas that take same day bookings!
